Topshop Wedding Dresses By Richard Nicholl Bridal

It’s becoming uncommon for retail brands to add a collection of bridal wear to their stores. Recently, Topshop launched their first bridal collection at their UK flaship store and online. Designed in collaboration with Richard Nicholl, this simple eight-piece collection features sheath dresses and bustier tops in shades of white and pale pink. Although I appreciate the simplicity and versatility of the designs, I don’t feel that many of the dresses are quite wedding-worthy. Most of them wouldn’t look good on anyone bigger than a size 6, and reveal far more skin than they should.

Interestingly enough, Topshop’s regular collection has a few maxi dresses that are more aisle-ready than the ones above:
