Best Lace Wedding Dresses

Be it Chantilly, Alençon, or Gros Point, there are as many permutations of the lace wedding dress as there are brides who love this timeless fabric. Marchesa has always made great use of this feminine fabric, and their spring collection is certainly no exception. A delicate sheer lace overlay adds texture to this white sweetheart neck gown, while the draped sleeves sway beautifully with every movement.

Bustier tops are everywhere, a trend that looks especially fetching on wedding dresse. This gorgeous gown by Kenneth Pool features a boned bustier with lace cascading down the A-line tulle skirt.

This bustier gown from Reem Acra’s spring collection is another clear winner, with glittering vine-shaped appliques anchoring the lace to the gossamer skirt.

A sassy high slit is great for showing off perfectly-toned legs. Jim Hjelm takes a cue from Angelina Jolie but keeps things classy and sweet with lace.

It’s hard to believe that some of the best lace gowns from this season were not actually made of lace! Elizabeth Fillmore captures the romanticism of Baroque motifs with this laser-cut gown.

This gown by Hayley Paige is decidedly on trend, with its high-low hemline and laser-cut fabric.
