Since pop singer Ashlee Simpson recently wed rock star Pete Wentz in an ivory Monique Lhuillier wedding gown, I thought it would be appropriate to feature Monique Lhuillier’s Spring 2009 bridal collection. The Grecian-inspired dress featured above is my favorite among her dreamy creations - I love how it’s both low-key and romantic at the same time, with simple embellishments and an elegant flow. Other wedding gowns in her collection feature interesting silhouettes, romantic lace, and modernized ruffles. If money weren’t a problem, I think every bride should consider walking down the aisle in a Monique Lhuillier to make everyone’s jaws drop on her wedding day.
