Bridesmaids Dresses from Lela Rose Spring 2012

I can’t decide what I love more about Lela Rose’s spring 2012 bridesmaids dresses – the utter simplicity of their designs, or the adorable princess-and-the-pea inspired lookbook. I quite love what the photography conveys, because aren’t bridesmaids like princess too? I mean, it’s not everyday that you get to don a pretty dress and get all dolled up with your friends. The bridesmaids dresses come in knee-length and floor-length styles, and are available in various colors. Take a peek at my favorites!

This scoop neck cocktail dress is embellished with a simple gathered fold, and comes in a rich shade of purple. You can get this dress in full length, but the cocktail length version is a lot sweeter and easier to wear.

The oversized rose on the bust of this stunning strapless gray chiffon dress lends a lot of romance to the overall look. You don’t even need to accessorize heavily with this dress; a simply pair of drop earrings will do.

Another handmade rose decorates a dress, although this one is a full length gown with an empire waist. I love the way the fabric flows.

An asymmetric cocktail length dress features a cascading ruffle and hidden pockets at the side seam – perfect for stashing pressed powder and lipstick for quick touch-ups.

I think the Mother of the Bride would look good in this dress, which features an origami neckline and a belt.
